Life Coach and Reiki Practitioner

My interest in Reiki began in 2009, I was in my mid twenties and I seeking to connect with more meaning.  Through Reiki, I began to explore my true feelings and find inner peace.  I better understood myself, how I felt about my life choices and situations.  Reiki provided the time, space and relaxation for me to think and connect on a deeper level to how I was doing overall (physically, energetically, emotionally, spiritually).  The profound experiences I had led me to complete training as a Reiki Practitioner in 2010.  Presently I am apprenticing to be become a Reiki Master.  This will enable me to deepen my connection and also share Reiki through teaching.  Sharing Reiki through one-on-one sessions provides the modality and space to open up, check-in with ourselves and connect to what matters.

In 2017 I started my journey with Coaching.  I personally realized the need to explore a gap I found between my work and home life. I was motivated to succeed, but unable to define success.  What exactly would make me happy?  It was through being coached that I connected my values and motivation to all areas of my life. My marriage, friendships and self acceptance all benefited from my coaching experience.  I have been fortunate that as a coach I have met some amazing people - people with potential and the will to make change.  All they needed was some support to define their true goals and make meaningful actions towards achieving their desired outcomes.  I truly am honoured to work with people as they make commit to live their present and future their way.  

Today I am a professionally trained Life Coach through an International Coaching Federation intensive program and apprenticing to be a Reiki Master.  The connection between Coaching and Reiki is an important one.  I truly believe that to achieve fulfillment we must gain confidence in ourselves and make conscious decisions towards the life we want to live.  It takes awareness and mindfulness to set ourselves in the direction we desire.
