Please wash your hands often - whether you use warm soap and water for 20 seconds (about the time it takes to sing your 'ABCs' or 'Happy Birthday' twice) or hand sanitizer before and after eating, flossing, putting in or taking out a retainer (ahem - teenagers), touching your face and potential fomites like door handles, debit machines, even your cell phone.
