Have you fallen into an unhealthy groove these last two years, trying to survive the 1st, 2nd and 3rd wave? Then during the 4th and 5th waves, settled into a comfortable groove of unhealthy Covid-coping habits?
I doubt any of us thought our comfort foods / habits would need to last this long. They might be contributing to pre-diabetes, high blood pressure or worse. It’s time to get a check up and break your unhealthy Covid-coping habits.
